Rally connects 15 to 25 year olds across the GTA with nearby charities, non-profits, and rec leagues. Log your volunteer hours, find a team, and spend less of the week on your phone.

Free for anyone 15 to 25. Organizations pay the listing fee, not you.

Something
Real

Most of the free time you lose in a week goes somewhere you cannot point to afterward. Rally puts a shift, a practice, or a game where that hour used to go.

Hours

Count

Check in when you arrive and Rally tracks the time for you. The coordinator confirms it from their end, so your log is ready for school without anyone chasing a signature.

Ontario students need 40 community involvement hours to graduate. Rally helps you find them close to home and keeps every confirmed shift in one running total.

The matcher

Matched By What
You Are Good At

Rally opens with a short strengths survey built on the same idea as CliftonStrengths. It reads what you are good at, where you live, and how far you can reasonably travel, then ranks the openings that fit.

A survey, not a test

Around twenty questions sort your strengths into themes. There are no right answers, and you can retake it whenever your interests change.

How it works

Three Steps, Then
You Are Booked

Take the strengths survey

About twenty questions, five minutes. Retake it whenever you want. Under 16s need a parent or guardian to approve the account first.

Get matched to what is nearby

Rally ranks openings by how well your strengths fit the work and how far you would travel. Apply to the ones you like.

Show up and check in

Tap in when you arrive. The coordinator confirms the shift, and the hours land in your log automatically.

For organizations

For The Groups
Doing The Work

Post shifts, roster spots, and one off events. See who signed up before the day arrives, and confirm hours in a tap once they have been worked.

Rally is built for the small operations that run on volunteers and rarely have anyone to spare for recruiting.

$10per month, plus tax
  • Unlimited listings for shifts, roster spots, and events
  • Applicant lists with strengths profiles and travel distance
  • One tap hour confirmation and attendance records
  • Guardian consent collected before any under 16 placement starts

If you award a performance bonus to a young person through Rally, we keep 10 percent of that bonus. There is no other fee.

Questions

If yours is not here, write to caelen@truemeridianai.com and a person will answer.

Is Rally free for youth?

Yes. Making a profile, taking the strengths survey, applying to shifts, and logging hours all cost nothing. Organizations pay the listing fee.

Do the hours count for school?

Rally records each shift and the coordinator confirms it, then you can export the log as a PDF. Requirements differ between boards, so check with your guidance counsellor about what yours accepts before you rely on it.

I am under 16. Can I sign up?

Yes, with a parent or guardian. Anyone under 16 needs a guardian to approve the account, and the guardian is asked to approve each placement before it starts.

What does it cost an organization?

$10 a month keeps your listings up, with no cap on how many you post. If you choose to award a performance bonus to a young person through Rally, we keep 10 percent of that bonus.

Which areas does Rally cover?

The Greater Toronto Area to start, including Toronto, Peel, York, Durham, and Halton.

How does the matcher decide?

It compares the strengths themes from your survey against what an organization says the role needs, then weights the result by travel distance. You see the openings and choose which to apply for. Nothing is booked on your behalf.
