Check in when you arrive and Rally tracks the time for you. The coordinator confirms it from their end, so your log is ready for school without anyone chasing a signature.
Ontario students need 40 community involvement hours to graduate. Rally helps you find them close to home and keeps every confirmed shift in one running total.

The matcher
Rally opens with a short strengths survey built on the same idea as CliftonStrengths. It reads what you are good at, where you live, and how far you can reasonably travel, then ranks the openings that fit.
Around twenty questions sort your strengths into themes. There are no right answers, and you can retake it whenever your interests change.
Roles are ordered by how closely your strengths line up with the work, then by how long it takes you to get there on transit.

Every check in adds to a running total you can export as a PDF. Coordinators confirm shifts from their side, so the record holds up when your school asks for it.
Rec leagues post open roster spots the same way charities post shifts. Join as a player, or sign up to help run a season.

If you award a performance bonus to a young person through Rally, we keep 10 percent of that bonus. There is no other fee.
